My story began by the Norwegian fjords.

On a small farm where breakfast could stretch into dinner as a rotating door of extended family dropped by with fresh pastries and the latest news. There’s a saying that Americans live to work, while Norwegians work to live.

Having experienced both the quiet farm life and the hustle of New York, I’ve come to believe in finding a unique middle ground—where your work and your life uplift each other instead of competing.

After earning my business degree from the University of Southampton in the UK, I joined a global consulting firm and provided training and coaching for clients like Prada, Valentino, Calvin Klein, MSC, Siegfried Pharmaceuticals, and Pirelli. I eventually specialised in Luxury Retail, and have worked extensively with most major fashion brands. I’ve coached everyone from retail workers to first-time managers and C-suite executives. I also became a people manager myself, navigating the complexities of a remote-first, international team.

Through all of this, I’ve come to see that our deepest growth happens when we’re willing to explore new depths within ourselves.
